About the RoleYou'll work in a warm, inclusive 3-bed residential home for children aged 8-18. Your job: lead shifts, guide staff, and make sure every child feels safe, supported, and heard.Shifts:
* 7:30-20:00
* 9:30-21:30
* Sleep-ins: 22:00-10:30 next day ? 2-week rolling rota with every 2nd weekend off
What You'll Do
* Lead care planning & risk assessments
* Attend reviews, court work & professional meetings
* Supervise staff & ensure high-quality care
* Champion best practices & registration standards
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Experience leading shifts in a care setting
* Creative problem-solver
* Skilled in building tailored care plans
* Positive, resilient, and great with people
