We're looking for a personable Sales Manager to join our driven sales team. Managing a team of 2 sales advisors you will help to promote sales of all Richmond products and services to meet achievable targets - always leaving a positive and professional impression on our future residents and their families. This also includes access to our online portal which has a variety of resources to aid personal development & free access LinkedIn"s online learning platform. You'll help us make health happen by: Manage sales enquiries to maximise sales and occupancy of the care home, assisted living and independent living, as well as Richmond Retreat bookings Attend sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team or the Village Manager Host client visits and follow up calls, identifying key referral groups Support the development of the marketing strategy to support the sales function Develop and maintain a high profile within the local community to promote the Village Maximise profit performance of Village sales to meet or exceed targets Deal with all relevant admin such as effective budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports Above all, you'll show courtesy and respect to residents and relatives at all times.
