Set in its own grounds close to Frome town centre, North Hill House is an independent specialist day school for children and young people aged 6 to 19 years with Autism.

The school has been specifically designed so our class sizes are small to provide tailored teaching and support to the young people in our school. Where necessary and appropriate, we are also able to explore bespoke 1:1 learning packages for individuals who need that level of support.

Our School is a place where pupils are given the skills and opportunities to achieve in all areas of their life. We help them to understand themselves and the potential impact of their autism and barriers they may face. They are provided with opportunities to learn the value of engagement, hard work and to experience success. Pupils attending North Hill House can see for themselves that they are making progress, becoming more independent, and making choices for themselves in preparation for becoming a lifelong learner whilst contributing to wider society.
