Sous Chef Duties:
Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu development, focusing on locally sourced, sustainable ingredients such as rare-breed meats and fresh, seasonal produce
Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation that align with 2 AA rosette standards
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices
Oversee kitchen operations during busy service, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and wastage to maintain efficiency and profitability
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and an unforgettable dining experience
Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
