Duty Manager – Grimsby Auditorium
Permanent, 40 hours per week (job share 2 x 20 hrs will be considered)
Pay rate PG5, £28,257.22 per annum (40 hrs FTE)
We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our team at Grimsby Auditorium, to provide a high level of customer care for visitors to the Auditorium, ensuring the safe and effective operation of front of house areas during performances and events, ensuring the safe and efficient access and egress of all customers, alongside making sure the public areas are well presented and ancillary sales are maximised.
The responsibilities will include:
* Direct and supervise Front of House and Box Office staff
* Supervise retail operations, including ordering stock, stock take, stock rotation and bottling up
* Assist in the set up of shows on the box office system (Spektrix), setting up of offers and reporting, dealing with promoter and agent requests and reconciling ticket sales
* Assist in developing the Stage Door Café, including social media promotions, stock orders, achieving relevant gross profit and minimising wastage
* Being a personal license holder and a designated first aider
An experience in Customer/ Front of House services, stock handling, till systems, cashing up and sales skills are essential.
