About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Administrator to join a dynamic construction team working on major infrastructure projects across London. This is a pivotal role supporting site operations, ensuring smooth onboarding of personnel, and maintaining compliance with security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Conduct and manage security checks for all site personnel, ensuring full compliance with project and client requirements.
 * Deliver site inductions to new starters, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
 * Support the project team with administrative duties, including document control, timesheet management, and reporting.
 * Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of site activities.
 * Maintain and update project databases and filing systems.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry, ideally in a site-based administrative role.
 * Strong understanding of security clearance processes and site induction procedures.
 * Excellent communication and organisational skills.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
