DBVAC is looking for a reliable and organised Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our team at our Maple Cross office.
This is a full-time, office-based role offering a varied mix of accounts and administration responsibilities within a friendly and supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
âś” Sales Ledger
âś” Purchase Ledger
âś” Credit Control
âś” Raising and processing invoices
âś” Bank reconciliations
âś” Customer and supplier account queries
âś” General office administration
âś” Telephone and email enquiries
âś” Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
We're looking for someone who:
• Has previous accounts, bookkeeping or finance administration experience
• Is organised, accurate and detail-oriented
• Has strong communication skills
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Can work independently and manage their own workload
