The Role
As a
Business Development Trainee, you'll be part of a high-energy team focused on direct sales, client management, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Represent leading UK brands at promotional and sales events in and around Sheffield
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
Respond to customer enquiries with tailored product or service information
Learn and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and loyalty
Manage and grow new and existing client campaigns
Achieve weekly KPIs and personal targets
Develop commercial awareness through admin, psychology, and market knowledge
Progress toward a management role via modules in:
Public speaking
Finance and accounts
HR and PR
Campaign strategy
Team leadership
