Head of School
Position: Head of School – To start 1 September 2026 or 2 November 2026.
Salary: L6-10 (£58,569 – £64,691).
Contract: Permanent, 1.0 FTE Full Time.
Reporting to: Governing Body.
Responsible for: All school-based staff and students.

Responsibilities
As Head of School you will lead the school, act as the primary guardian of its character, model Christian values and inspire staff, students and parents. Key duties include:
* Strategic leadership and whole‑school improvement using data and insight.
* Driving inclusion and safeguarding.
* Providing professional support through a collaborative network of local schools.
* Fostering a successful culture and championing community engagement.
* Acting as chief ambassador for the school.
Candidate Requirements
* Substantial leadership experience as a Senior Leader, Assistant Head or Deputy Head with a proven track record of delivering whole‑school improvement.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a deep understanding of primary education.
* High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making.
* Unwavering commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.
