Are you Brand & Communication Specialist seeking to take up a challenging position within a world class automotive OEM, who are looking to elevate their brand to new heights. As a globally Head of Global Design Brand & Communication, you will be charged with leading a diverse team within a company renowned for its innovative approach to automotive design and engineering, where your creativity and strategic vision will help shape the future of global design branding and communications. As the leader of the Design Brand & Communication Department, you will be tasked with creating and delivering a communications strategy across all media, aimed at enhancing the clients brand for a their new vehicle platform, state of the art technical centre and design capabilities on the global stage.
The Head of Design Brand & Communication will be responsible for:
* Leading and developing the global design brand and communication strategies to enhance the company's presence and reputation in the automotive industry.
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of design and brand messaging across all communication platforms.
* Overseeing the creation of compelling content and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences worldwide.
* Managing and mentoring a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Staying ahead of industry trends, implementing best practices to maintain the company's competitive edge.
* Acting as a key representative for the company's design brand at industry events and forums.
* Launching new brands on a global basis to penetrate target markets.
The Head of Brand & Communication will have the following experience and expertise:
* Proven experience in leading global brand and communication strategies within a design-focused environment.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
* Strong understanding of global markets and cultural nuances in brand communication.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a flair for storytelling.
* A passion for design and a track record of delivering impactful branding initiatives.
* Ability to advise on market insights and trends to better shape the design approach to target markets.
* Excellent communicator at all levels to deliver effective presentations, making recommendations for the future direction for the companies future brand and communication within design.
