Our client in South Preston are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to work as part of a team in this busy service department. This is working for a very well established and highly successful national client with depots throughout the UK. Hours of work: 40 hours per week (Shifts between 7am and 6pm) you must be able to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings Responsibilities/Daily Duties: Welcoming customers in person to book in vehicles Receiving incoming calls and dealing with booking in vehicles for service or repair Uploading jobs on job cards and planning workshop loading Keeping customers updated on work completed by the workshop Liaising with all internal departments Maintaining records on the in house systems Producing invoices, arranging payments General administration in the service department Skills & Experience: Ideally Service or Front of house experience Vehicle/Fleet experience would be preferred Interest in vehicle maintenance Office Administration experience essential of over 12 months Organised and attention to detail Customer Focused and confident communicator both in person and on the phone Able to work in a team environment Accurate data inputting skills Benefits to include: 22 days holidays plus bank holidays Christmas Bonus and gift Company Pension scheme - Life Insurance 4 x salary Car Parking FOC Team nights out This role is based on Site and is not hybrid !
