What you'll be doing: In this role, you'll lead a small horticulture team, who maintain plots all over Scotland and we're looking for a people ‑ focused Head Gardener based around the Alloa area who brings individuals and teams together while maintaining beautiful horticultural spaces to an exceptional standard. You'll also guide and support a horticulture apprentice, helping them grow in confidence, build their skills, and develop into the next generation of CWGC gardeners. Travel : This is a mobile role with regular travel across Scotland, plus occasional planned travel to the Faroe Islands and Iceland with as much notice as possible.
