Head
of Apps, Digital Product - Fitness



Third Space is London’s
luxury fitness brand, known for exceptional training environments and a
relentless commitment to innovation. We’re on an ambitious journey - with plans
to double our number of sites across London over the next five years - and
digital fitness is at the heart of that growth.





We’re building a
future-facing digital ecosystem that empowers our members, supports our
personal trainers, and enhances our brand experience both in and beyond our
clubs. This is a unique opportunity to lead that transformation.





The opportunity

As Head of Apps, you’ll shape and deliver our digital fitness
strategy - integrating personalised programming, app-based tools, and strategic
partnerships to create a seamless hybrid experience for members and PTs alike. Working
closely with the CMO, Brand Manager, Fitness Director, Head of Education, and
other key stakeholders. The role also contributes to a broader digital
transformation initiative led by our CEO.





This is a high-impact,
cross-functional role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands fitness
deeply, and can translate vision into scalable digital products.





What you’ll be driving




* Develop and implement a comprehensive
digital fitness strategy aligned with our company’s growth plans and
member experience goals.

* Collaborate with the CMO and Brand
Manager to shape the roadmap for our member and instructor apps.
* Have total responsibility for the TS app dev road map

* Create and manage free programming for
members, delivered via our app and through partnerships with other leading
names in digital fitness.

* Integrate screening tools and fitness
tests to deliver personalised programs using data from InBody analysers,
Apple Watch, and other wearables.

* Work closely with the Fitness Director
and Head of Education to support PTs with digital programming tools and
hybrid training models.

* Drive the sales of online programming
through innovative marketing strategies and commercial partnerships.

* Collaborate with equipment suppliers and
third-party platforms to ensure seamless integration of technology and
data.

* Stay ahead of industry trends and
emerging technologies to continuously improve our digital fitness offering.


















Who we’re looking for




* Proven experience in digital product
management, ideally within fitness tech.

* Strong technical understanding and
experience working with developers and building apps.

* Strategic thinker with the ability to
influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.

* Comfortable shaping long-term product
vision (2–5 years out) in a fast-evolving space.

* Deep understanding of fitness and member
experience — you don’t need to be a PT, but you need to speak their
language.

* Experience navigating complex
stakeholder environments and driving alignment.
