Our client, based in Preston, is currently recruiting for an Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy and expanding team.
Duties include:
* Processing high volumes of invoices
* Statement reconciliations
* Dealing with supplier queries via telephone and/or email
* Regular reconciliations
* Assisting with bi-weekly and monthly payment runs
* Assisting with month end closure
* Adhoc accounting duties linked with the accounts payable team
You must be a confident communicator, a good team player and be naturally organised.You will work methodically and to tight deadlines.
In return you will receive a competitive salary, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension, free on site parking and a choice to work 8-4 or 9-5.
