Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their country dining pub & restaurant near Chipping Norton. They are looking for a Chef with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally a good AA rosette standard. The role is 4 days on, 3 days off so you will get a better work life balance with more time off! Live in accommodation is available locally but you will need your own transport as it is on site.

The Role
* Working on each section of the kitchen
* Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
* Managing and ordering for your own section
Experience
* Already working as a Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie in a Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
* Ability to work on each section
* Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations
