We are seeking a Trade Counter Sales Manager to join our team.

As a Trade Counter manager, you will provide support to our customers and contribute to the smooth operation of our business, via ordering and stock management.
Organising quotations and helping customers to pick materials relevant for their jobs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist tradespeople with product selection and advice
- Organize purchasing and stock management of materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Provide basic customer service and answer phone calls
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Sales experience is a plus (salary range based on experience)
