Role Overview
Working in our Children’s Homes involves supporting young people through their daily lives, celebrating small victories and helping them achieve positive outcomes. Our homes serve young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, and our goal is to foster the best possible results for them.
Responsibilities
* Ensure daily routines are followed, including preparing young people for school, helping with homework, and planning activities.
* Engage in evening and weekend activities like gaming, sports, or outings.
* Create a supportive environment tailored to each young person’s needs and potential.

* Salary: Starting from £28,134 - £34,302
