Job Opportunity: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Location: Glasgow
Overview:
We are seeking a Solicitor with 1-5 years of experience to join a busy Clinical Negligence Team. This role offers excellent development opportunities within a supportive and modern work environment.
Responsibilities:

* Manage clinical negligence claims, including pre-litigation and litigation
* Provide legal advice and court advocacy, instructing Counsel and expert witnesses
* Handle a variety of cases such as delayed diagnosis, hospital negligence and surgical claims
\n
Experience Required:
\n
* 1-5 years PQE in Clinical Negligence or similar role
* Advocacy skills and knowledge of court procedures
* Excellent communication, organisational and client handling skills
