Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor
Pay: £14.05 per hour
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
Location: McCormick (UK), 5 Forli Strada, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England, PE7 3HH
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
Responsibility
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning.
* Ensure cleaning staff work to task schedules while following correct Health & Safety procedures.
* Provide technical training as required.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and use of materials.
* Order stock as necessary.
* Deal with any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager when appropriate.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
* Good communication skills.
* Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
* Ability to work to a schedule independently.
