Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal at IVC Evidensia
Salary up to £65,000 DOE plus £1,000 Relocation Allowance
At Celyn Vet Group we are looking for an experienced vet surgeon to join our team. Ideally you have a keen interest in surgery and are comfortable being sole charge when required, supported by our nurse and reception team.
Our Practice: Celyn Vet Group operates three well‑established veterinary practices located in Holywell, Prestatyn, and Abergele. Each site is equipped with 2 consultant veterinary rooms, a theatre, a prep room, ultrasound, digital and dental X‑ray facilities, Idexx lab services, and multi‑parameter monitoring equipment.
You will join a skilled team consisting of 1 Senior Vet Surgeon, 2 Vet Surgeons, 5 RVNs, 1 ACA, and 5 Receptionists, all supported by our Practice Director.
Professional development: many team members are working toward or hold certificates in dentistry and nursing surgical certificates.
Rota
Flexible full‑time or part‑time hours. Typical schedule: 8 am–7 pm over three days with a shorter fourth day. We can also discuss five shorter days if that suits you better. You will have the opportunity to work across all three sites, providing variety.

Based in beautiful North Wales, you will enjoy natural beauty ranging from beaches to country walks. Snowdonia and the Lake District are also easily commutable. We also have excellent transport links to Chester, Liverpool, and Manchester.
