Salary: £65,000 to £85,000 (DOE)
A growing regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Partner or Senior Associate (8+ years PQE) to join its expanding Taunton office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a thriving practice within an employee‑owned, award‑winning firm.
The Role
* High‑value sales and purchases
* Leasehold, freehold, and new build transactions
* Complex and high‑net‑worth residential matters
* Team leadership and mentoring
* Business development and client relationship management
* Supporting the strategic growth of the office
Candidate Requirements
* 8+ years PQE in Residential Property
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and client care abilities
* Proven ability to manage complex and high‑value matters
* Leadership experience and confidence in developing others
* Commercially minded with a proactive approach
* Strong presence in the local market
