Aethos currently operates seven properties and with more openings coming in 2025. The hotels in its portfolio currently includes Aethos Milan, Aethos Monterosa (located in the Italian Alps), Aethos Saragano (in Umbria), Aethos Sardinia, Aethos Corsica, Aethos Ericeira (north of Lisbon) and Aethos Mallorca.

Job Overview
Our concierges aren’t just information desks — they’re fixers, finders, and city whisperers. They unlock the best of London in a heartbeat: last-minute tables, “sold-out” tickets, seamless car pick-ups, and tailor-made itineraries. They remember the tiny things — your favourite table, a 7 a.m. run route, that oat-latte order — and turn good stays into “how did they do that?” moments.
With deep knowledge of Aethos, Shoreditch, and the city’s secret corners, they connect the dots across the hotel so every plan lands on time. Luggage? Sent. Parcels? Handled. Tours, theatre, surprises waiting in-room? Consider it done — gracefully, discreetly, and with just the right touch of wow.
Your tasks as a Concierge will include but will not be limited to :
●Give every guest and visitor a genuine, warm welcome, whether they’re checking in, passing through, or stopping for information.
●Be the go-to expert for all hotel services, pricing, and operating hours, and keep up to date with what’s new in Shoreditch, London, from the hottest new restaurants to unmissable shows, hidden gems, and all the coolest events happening around town.
●Offer tailored recommendations for dining, nightlife, attractions, tours, and experiences, and help guests arrange reservations, tickets, and transportation.
●Stay one step ahead by anticipating guest needs and always going that extra mile to surprise and delight.
●Keep tabs on VIPs and repeat visitors, remembering their quirks and preferences, and making sure they are well looked after at all time.
●Handle guest luggage with care, from arrivals and departures to long-term storage, ensuring proper labelling and safe handling.
●Respond promptly and thoroughly to phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
●Maintain daily logs, update systems with guest info and preferences, and ensure smooth, accurate handovers between shifts.
●Keep Front of House areas — inside and out — clean, tidy, and guest-ready at all times.
●Manage incoming and outgoing post and packages for guests and the hotel.
●Assist with Lost & Found properties in cooperation with the Security team.
●Promote and upsell hotel services including room upgrades, F&B, spa treatments, and transportation in a way that enhances guest satisfaction.
What we're looking for...
●At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably with a lifestyle or boutique brand vibe.
●A proactive, enthusiastic and committed individual, with a can-do attitude who looks for opportunities to improve their performance.
●A guest-oriented individual who is able to drive operational excellence. A true people-person with top-notch hospitality instincts, and eagle-eyed attention to detail.
●Passion for hospitality – you’re all about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues
●Flexibility to react to changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
●Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
●Strong English skills, both spoken and written, to handle advanced guest requests; bonus points for extra languages!
●Excellent grooming standards.
●Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
●Competent level of IT proficiency.
