Jewellery Administrator
Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire
An international jewellery manufacturer, diamond and gemstone merchant and wholesaler, is expanding and seeking a bright and motivated individual to join their small team as a Jewellery Administrator.
This interesting and varied role involves supporting the business as they source stock from around the world and meet clients' individual requirements. With headquarters in the UK, the company has offices and manufacturing bases in London, Birmingham, Hong Kong, Jaipur, and Mumbai.
What you'll be doing
1. Basic daily administrative tasks
2. Recording received and outgoing post
3. Responding to customer emails, and handling phone calls and messages
4. Managing stock and customer orders, liaising with suppliers and workshops
5. Organising and labelling incoming stock
6. Data entry on computerised stock control system
About you
The ideal candidate would have:
1. IT and Microsoft 365 skills
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written
4. Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel
5. Jewellery industry background
6. Attention to detail
7. Ability to work under pressure
Additional Details
Location: Greater Manchester
Hours: Part-time, office hours 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, part-time
