One of our London based data centre clients is embarking on the next stage of a major data centre construction project and due to restructure and growth within our London Design Management team we require an additional Design Manager to support the client and our engineering team to oversee and manage the delivery of this programme of work.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary MEP / Civil & Structures design teams across international projects.
* Manage the full design process, from capturing briefs to delivering exceptional solutions.
* Collaborate with expert clients in a highly interactive design environment.
* Advise and guide the project on matters like permitting and other local compliance mandates.
* Oversee project P&L, financial performance, and risk management.
* Drive business growth initiatives.
Design Managers from other building sectors are welcome to apply but you must be able to demonstrate good knowledge of MEP / Building Services, RIBA stages, best practice project / programme management and good levels of communication.
