Join to apply for the Psychologist role at Harmonia Careers. This role is based at Avon Park School, 3-days-per-week. Salary: £52,994 - £62,192 (including paid school holidays) + excellent benefits.
Our clinicians are part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary clinical team within our schools and children's homes, delivering therapeutic living and learning environments and providing individualised interventions for young people with complex needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to educational and residential teams around the children.
* Support educational and residential colleagues to deliver therapeutic interventions and engagement for young people.
* Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC and apply specialist skills to assess, formulate and support delivery of interventions with children and young people with complex needs.
* Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary clinical team to ensure therapeutic support permeates all aspects of education, care and support.
* Contribute to the clinical development programme and supervision provision for the team.

Qualifications
* Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC
* Experience in assessing, formulating and delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs
* Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams to create clinically informed living and learning environments
* Confident, engaging, and capable of modelling, guiding, leading and training others
* Highly organised with the ability to take initiative
* Commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people
