The Role
:
As a Supervisor within the Integrated Maintenance & Repair – Water Recycling Alliance you will be overseeing water recycling infrastructure work, ensuring operational effectiveness, safety, quality, and compliance as part of the collaborative alliance delivery model. You will be working closely with a variety of stakeholders to maximise day-to-day operations, ensuring the planning of work, control of plant, labour and risks are all controlled.
In this fast-paced environment, we’ll be making good use of health & safety expertise, as well as your organisation. You will ensure our field teams are effectively managed and able to cope with project demand and appropriate assistance and mentorship is provided to promote a ‘right first time and zero harm safety culture’.
These are just a few of the activities you’ll be involved in:
1. Supervising day-to-day activities across reactive and planned maintenance within the wastewater (sewerage) network.
2. Coordinating field teams to deliver high-quality CCTV surveys, sewer cleansing, defect identification, and emergency repairs.
3. Conducting site audits and inspections to uphold safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
4. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and minimal disruption during works.
5. Accurately recording and reporting work progress using mobile technology and internal systems.
6. Contributing to continuous improvement within the IMR WR Alliance through innovation and collaborative working.
What you need to be successful:
You will be an experienced supervisor, ideally with a good all-round knowledge of the construction & water industry. However, we are more interested in you demonstrating the right behaviours.
If you can showcase these attributes and possess applicable qualifications such as NRSWA Supervisor and a full clean valid driving licence. We would love to hear from you
