Lawyer with Planning expertise sought for a Lexcel Accredited, award-winning law firm based in Bedfordshire on a permanent basis. Responsibilities
* Planning guidance
* Advising on multi-agency projects
* Large scale developments
* Highways
* Conducting negotiations with third parties
* Compulsory purchase
* Planning consents
* Enforcements
* Building and maintaining client relationships
The Candidate
* Solicitors, Legal Executives and Barristers with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
* Experience in planning and/or highways law is essential for this role
* Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic
* IT literate with expertise using Microsoft Office
* Knowledge and/or experience within local authority is highly advantageous
* Is personable, self-motivated and client-focused
