Salary up to £19,200.00 per annum. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Pro‑rata based on hours. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and flexible working requests.
* Coach and train line managers to build confidence and capability in ER case handling.
* Collaborate with HR Operations Partner to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
* Support absence management through data analysis, Occupational Health liaison, and strategic initiatives.
* Administer recruitment processes, contract changes, and onboarding activities.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to improving survey scores and workplace culture.
Qualifications
* CIPD Level 3 qualified.
* Strong experience in managing high‑volume ER cases.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with Trade Unions.
* Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNT).
* A flexible, organised, and customer‑focused approach.
