We value ownership, teamwork and doing things properly. At this level, that expectation increases. The role You will take full accountability for the leadership and performance of the NSW division. That means you will: Lead Regional Managers with clear expectations and strong routines Build leadership capability and strengthen performance across the state Drive disciplined retail standards across every store Own sales, EBIT, wages, shrink and safety outcomes for the state Interpret data and translate it into clear action plans Be present in stores, walking the floor and coaching in the moment Embed operational change while protecting day to day delivery Partner cross functionally to deliver consistent execution This is structured retail leadership at scale. What you bring Senior multi-site retail leadership experience at scale Background in big box, value or high-volume retail environments preferred Proven ability to lift performance across complex portfolios Strong operational discipline across cost, shrink, safety and wages Commercial sharpness and confidence working from data The maturity to influence broadly while holding clear standards You lead with clarity. You act decisively. You do not walk past issues.
