Are you a detail-oriented and quality-focused leader with experience in packaging within a GMP-regulated environment? We're currently recruiting a Packaging Supervisor to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing business in St Albans.
About the Role
This is a hands-on supervisory position supporting the Packaging Manager in overseeing the packaging and distribution of products. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate product release, while upholding the highest standards in quality and compliance with GMP, GDP, and MHRA regulations.
You'll also lead the development and maintenance of SOPs, manage deviations, and work collaboratively across departments to drive continuous improvement.
