The Role of the Senior Fire Engineer
As a Senior Fire Engineer, you will:
Lead the delivery of fire strategies and engineering solutions across a variety of sectors and complex projects.
Take responsibility for client engagement, developing long-term relationships and being a main point of contact for enquiries and technical explanation
Support with mentorship of junior grades working collaboratively with the team in helping to shape their professional development.
Play an instrumental role in establishing and growing the Birmingham office.
Ensure projects meet the highest standards of compliance, quality, and innovation.About You / The Principal Fire Engineer
We are looking for:
A proven track record in fire engineering, with experience delivering strategies and solutions across the built environment.
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
Leadership experience, with a collaborative and supportive approach to mentoring others.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + monthly target related bonus
