We are seeking a part-time Receptionist / Administrator to join a friendly team in Brighton, working 21.5 hours per week. Duties will include: Answering and screening incoming calls and enquiries, assisting with general queries in a warm and friendly manner Booking in new potential customers for office viewings Updating the website and marketing collateral with available offices Responding to email enquiries in a timely manner Managing monthly and quarterly administrative duties such as risk assessment and building administration to the systemCandidate requirements: Previous employment in a similar position with reception and administration experience Computer literate Excellent telephone manner and face to face communication skills Flexibility to cover annual leave where requiredDays/Hours of work as follows: Monday-Thursday, 1:30pm-5pm and Fridays 9am-5pm (with 30 minutes lunch) 25k-28k salary DOE - pro-rata to 21.5 hours per week Huntress does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation.
