We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Buyer to lead indirect procurement across a diverse range of categories including professional services, Legal and corporate spend.
This is a key role within our procurement team, focused on delivering value, driving efficiencies, and supporting business growth through effective supplier management.
The role is working in our South Rings Office in Preston 1-2 days a week

You're a commercially minded procurement professional who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering value beyond cost savings. With experience in indirect procurement, you understand the importance of sourcing goods and services that keep the business running smoothly, from IT and professional services to facilities and marketing.
Your negotiation skills will be matched by your ability to build strong relationships across teams and with suppliers.
The Essential Criteria for this role is
1. Skilled in developing high-quality procurement documentation, including strategies, tender documents, and recommendations.
2. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver value for money.
3. You will have proven experience in a Senior Buyer role, specifically within Indirect procurement, managing a broad range of categories and delivering strategic value across the business.
