Salary: £28,000 - 34,000 per year Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (essential) 3 years IT experience, ideally within an MSP environment Broad technical experience across desktop support, network infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 Windows Server and Desktop environments (preferred) Microsoft 365 and Azure administration (preferred) Desktop and mobile OS troubleshooting (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) (preferred) Experience working with the Cyber Essentials framework (preferred) Microsoft Foundation or Associate level certification (desirable, not essential) CompTIA A or similar (desirable, not essential) Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with clients both on-site and from the office Conduct quarterly audits of client networks and infrastructure (on-site and remote) Onboard new clients to internal technical standards Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client networks, systems, applications, and infrastructure Deliver high levels of customer service to users with varying levels of technical knowledge Support Cyber Essentials assessments and recertifications Technologies: Android Azure Support macOS Microsoft 365 Mobile Network Windows iOS Office 365 Cloud Security More: We are an established, award-winning Managed Service Provider headquartered in Frome, Somerset.
