Description The Marketing Campaign Manager for Heathrow Express will lead innovative and dynamic marketing strategies that drive growth. Responsibilities Driving commercial results through the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns for Heathrow Express Working with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to successfully execute multi-channel integrated brand and marketing initiatives Owning the briefing process, delivery and success measurement of integrated campaigns including KPI setting and production of post campaign reports and analysis. Building and maintaining effective agency relationships (creative & media agencies) for the development of paid media campaigns and asset production Acting as the marketing contact for the wider Heathrow Express business, creating marketing copy and assets for owned channels including web, social media and CRM content. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English language proficiency Relevant Degree/CIM or IDM qualifications. Experience delivering through-the-line integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns including photography and video shoots working across all forms of media both offline and online. Experience leading and managing projects to increase revenue and engagement, managing multiple stakeholders and agencies. Consumer facing business experience with a strong understanding of customer satisfaction drivers. Experience briefing and managing 3rd party suppliers and multiple stakeholders to deliver to time and budget. LI-Hybrid
