* The R2R Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Record to Report process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and continuous process improvement. This role supervises a team of accountants and analysts, coordinates month-end close activities, and supports audits and financial analysis. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that the R2R processes are aligned with global standard practices of Lonza and organizational objectives.
* Supervise daily operations of the R2R team, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Mandatory skills
* Extensive experience in SAP R2R processes.
* Proven experience in SAP implementation projects
