Description
* Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
* Advising clients on all aspects of property sales, purchases and remortgages.
* Supervising where needed other team members
* Liaising effectively with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
* Maintaining a proactive and solution-focused approach to client service.
* Supporting continuous improvement within the team and contributing to the firm's trusted reputation.
