Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full manufacturing process from start to finish
Lead, motivate, and manage the production team
Ensure projects meet strict deadlines
Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
Drive performance improvements and process enhancements
Requirements:
Proven experience in manufacturing management
Strong joinery experience essential
Hands-on leadership style
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Confident, resilient, and able to work under pressure
Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
CNC programming experience
