Are you an experienced and proactive Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for your next career move? This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected Facilities Maintenance provider and play a key role in delivering high-quality building services across residential sites in Woking.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
* Undertake general building services work, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.
* Update and maintain service records through a PDA-based system.
* Coordinate with subcontractors for specialist tasks when required.
* Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and site-specific procedures.
* Conduct routine inspections and take proactive measures to maintain building performance.
âś… Candidate Requirements
* City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical disciplines.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls.
* Mechanical bias with basic electrical knowledge.
* Proven background in commercial maintenance.
