I'm supporting a leading Asset Manager who is looking for a Interim Regulatory Operations Analyst to join their EU Regulatory Ops team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely regulatory reporting across EMIR alongside wider process oversight and change initiatives. Contract: 12 months Location: London (3 days in office) Rate: £360 inside IR35 (Umbrella Assignment Rate) The Role You'll work autonomously within the Regulatory Ops team and act as a key point of contact for regulatory reporting matters. The role blends regulator reporting, oversight, controls, and process development. Key Responsibilities Daily oversight of EMIR and SFTR reporting (trade, valuation, collateral) to the trade repository (DTCC). Monitoring, error resolution, and delegated reporting oversight. Pairing & matching oversight and KPI production. Identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical process improvements. Root cause analysis and drafting/maintaining operational procedures. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert across regulatory change projects and initiatives. What They're Looking For Experience in Middle Office (OTC, ETD, clearing, collateral). Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting (EMIR) Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
