Successful Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within the hotel industry, with a strong understanding of wedding and event operations. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and collaboration with both staff and guests. Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction. Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and health and safety procedures. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
