About Our Team
Join an industry-leading sales organization. Our Inside Sales team partners with small organizations to address their risk management needs. Account Managers handle high-volume, low-value accounts remotely via digital channels.
About The Role
The role focuses on customer success and growth within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include retaining and renewing business, developing relationships, identifying training needs, and spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, while supporting clients in utilizing our products effectively.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional relationship management and support
* Retain and grow the assigned book of business
* Meet sales renewal targets
* Maintain accurate training records
* Identify client training needs
* Engage decision makers quarterly
* Update opportunities in CRM weekly and support pipeline growth
* Onboard end users within 3 months of subscription
