Workplace Manager/ Office Manager (12-month FTC/£50,000)
I am working with a global Insurance firm based in the City of London. We are looking for a Workplace Supervisor to lead the reception operations and manage the workplace experience. You will manager the day to day of the office environment along with the reception staff. Your role will be to ensure the employee’s and clients have a positive experience when in the office.
You will also manage in house events in the large client area, experience in this is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and support the front-of-house team
* Oversee daily office, hospitality, and facilities operations
* Manage vendor relationships and service delivery
* Coordinate internal events, onboarding, and office communications
* Provide basic AV and workplace tech support
You will be a team player and have excellent customer service experience. Ideally 4+ years in a similar workplace, facilities, or office management role within professional services.
