Emergency Call Handler - (PNC8 Required) Location: Loughborough Contract: Temporary (3-4 months) Start: March Pay Rates: £13.90 per hour £17.37 per hour (8:00pm-6:00am and Saturday) £20.85 per hour ( Sunday) Shift Pattern (4 days on / 4 days off): Day 1: Night 10:30pm - 6:30am Day 2: Evening 5:30pm - 10:30pm Day 3: Afternoon 12:00pm - 5:30pm Day 4: Morning 6:30am - 12:30pm (Onsite, lone working - parking available) The Role: Handle emergency and non-emergency calls for a council lifeline and repairs service. Provide calm, professional support, log calls accurately, and follow procedures while working independently.
