You do not need previous experience or qualifications; we will train you to become a care worker.

Responsibilities
* Provide personal care support to residents.
* Assist residents in daily activities and personal care needs.
* Encourage participation in activities such as arts and crafts, watching football, drama, music evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
* Help with maintaining residents’ health and wellbeing.
Qualifications & Requirements
* No prior experience or qualifications required.
* Willingness to learn and uphold our values: humility, accountability, achievement, passion, integrity.
* Commitment to providing high‑quality care with dignity and respect.
* Enhanced DBS check relating to children and adults required.
