We're looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Complex Care Manager to join our Team at Time4U Group.
You would be working 5 out of 7 days p/w earning £37,350 per annum including our On-Call bonus, working out of the services you will be responsible for, as well as travelling to ME4 6DQ for meetings etc. You will have a company car provided alongside this.
As Complex Care Manager, you will support the Area Service Manager in leading the administration, care, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance functions of the service, deputising in their absence while upholding agreed standards, legislative requirements, regulatory compliance, and financial plans. You will act as a visible role model of Time4U values, providing effective leadership to front line staff, driving performance, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services.
Key day-to-day duties include:
* Managing services to full KPI and compliance standards, ensuring they are always audit-ready
* Leading incident investigations, safeguarding management, and HR processes with timely and effective action
* Building and maintaining strong external stakeholder relationships to protect and enhance organisational reputation
* Coaching and developing staff, ensuring 100% completion of mandatory training, and identifying talent through the PDR process
* Driving staff recruitment, communication, and performance management to maintain a positive, consistent team culture
* Leading service delivery for new client implementations and embedding innovation to support people with complex needs
* Ensuring best practice is shared across services in partnership with other CCMs
Other Responsibilities include:
· Ensuring clients are at the centre of the care your staff are delivering
· Managing the team day-to-day and ensuring the required standards are met daily.
· Ensuring Nourish and all other systems are kept to a high standard and meet organisational requirements.
· Monitoring Incidents and ensuring quality reporting
· Making sure all staff receive a formal probation, supervisions and appraisals in a timely manner. Creating rotas monthly ensuring the correct number of staff and skills are divided as needed.
· Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service
Requirements for the Role
· To share in implementing the quality assurance system and submit reports to the manager
· To monitor, through direct observation and contact, the maintenance of daily routines and structures
· Previous experience of working in a similar environment & Supervisory role
· Experience of working with service users, particularly those that may have additional support needs
· Knowledge of rota planning, ensuring adequate staff on duty with the correct skill mix and fair allocation of off duty/annual leave.
· Maintaining all support plans in accordance with the service's policy and audit records to follow company policy ensuring compliance.
· Be a problem-solver, resolve team conflicts or between service users, deploying a team with mixed skills to assure a healthy balance is always available to our people we support.
This is a leadership role requiring strong knowledge of CQC and other regulatory requirements, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams while delivering outstanding, client-focused outcomes. We require you to have or be working towards NVQ Level 5 in Social Care, or other supervisory/management qualifications.
