We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our digital team. The Digital Marketing team is responsible for driving new and existing customers into our Pubs and Hotels through an online multi-channel approach. We pride ourselves on providing a relevant and personalised experience for all our customers which in turn drives visits and increased spend. he Commercial Marketing function primary function is to deliver the revenue targets for the business and has a broad mix of teams including brand marketing, format development, revenue management and digital.
This role is part of the Digital team within the Commercial Marketing function and will be the key point of contact for content management across our digital estate. This is a highly cross-functional role that will allow you to showcase skills in project management, marketing, merchandising, vendor management.
Key Deliverables for the role:
• Be main point of contact and SME for all content related workflows across digital, managing our content management system (CMS) used to power our 1200 pub websites
• Be key contact for our lead ecommerce agency, propeller
• Manage all change requests across our digital estates (pub websites, yext)
• Analyse data, customer behaviour and feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with wider digital and commercial teams to implement campaign activity for our pubs
• Supporting the digital and commercial teams on the digital execution of our exciting new pub formats
• Support wider digital team as required on CRM, social media and content execution
• Monitor and report on key data points to ensure results are delivered in a timely manner
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital strategies.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure website functionality and security
Skills & qualities for the role:
• Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS)
• Understanding of ecommerce metrics and performance
• Experience within a digital/ecommerce environment
• Understanding of digital media and different channels
• Be highly organised and able to multitask
• Have the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
