We’re seeking an experienced Events Professional to lead large-scale international conferences, exhibitions, and networking events. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on event delivery, offering the chance to shape innovative attendee experiences and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end planning and on-site delivery of international live events.
* Manage budgets, suppliers, and venue relationships to ensure operational excellence.
* Design innovative networking and social experiences for attendees and sponsors.
* Lead, coach, and develop the Event Operations team to achieve departmental goals.
* Continuously evaluate and improve the attendee journey and operational processes.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in event management, including exhibitions or trade shows.
* Strong budgeting, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
* Proven team leadership experience and ability to travel internationally as required.
* 25 days holiday + BH (increases with service)
