Business Development Manager (Lead Generation)
£45,000 to £60,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE) structured at 50% of base (e.g. £60k base offers would be £90k OTE)
Commission earned primarily on meetings organised (smaller component) and deals closed (majority of earnings)
Career Progression: Successful performers can expect to step up within 12–18 months into broader Business Development responsibilities, taking ownership of smaller opportunities and progressing toward full BDM roles.

Role Overview
We are recruiting Business Development Managers (BDMs) / Lead Generators to strengthen our sales pipeline and support the business through a period of transition and growth.
This is a performance-driven role focused on generating high-quality meetings and opportunities in a competitive CX SaaS and Outsourcing market place. The successful candidates will work closely with Business Development Directors (BDDs) by vertical to build consistent stakeholder relationships and drive pipeline activity.
Candidate Profile – Who We’re Looking For
Ideal Background:
* Must have B2B sales experience in Customer Experience (CX) SaaS or Conversational AI or Contact Centre BPO sales.
* 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
* UK Based with Permanent Rights to Work
Key Personal Attributes:
* High energy, positive personality, and strong resilience
* Ability to handle rejection and creatively find alternative ways into accounts
* Credible, engaging communication style suitable for senior business conversations
* Some prior sales experience (not entry-level straight from education)
Role Responsibilities & Sales Structure
* Primary focus on Tier 3 accounts (50–500 accounts per vertical) to generate qualified meetings and opportunities
* Work in partnership with assigned BDDs by vertical:
* One BDD covers Retail / Travel / Hospitality
* Another covers Utilities / Financial Services
* Leverage an AI-powered lead generation engine that creates highly personalised outreach emails using LinkedIn profiles, company websites, and local news
* Maintain consistent outreach cadence, follow-up discipline, and accurate tracking of activity
* Key performance metrics include: dials completed, research packs, stakeholder meetings booked, messaging cadence, and follow-up consistency
