Vehicle Technician Needed in Nuneaton, Warwickshire:
1. Basic Salary: up to £43,000 depending on experience
2. OTE: up to £50,000 on target earnings
3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
4. Location: Nuneaton
Our client; a Premium Main Dealership, is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable Main Dealer group that offers excellent benefits and career progression.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
11. Perform routine servicing, repair, and diagnostics on all vehicles in the Workshop, ensuring the highest standards are met on the first attempt.
12. Support internal departments in the preparation and maintenance of new cars, used cars, or loan vehicles.
13. Collaborate with other Workshop team members to share knowledge and learn continuously.

What's Required from You as a Vehicle Technician?
15. IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
16. Strong background working within a Workshop environment, with extensive knowledge in vehicle diagnostics and fault finding.
17. Hold a UK Driving Licence with minimal points.
18. A committed individual and a good team player with the ability to produce high-quality work in a busy Dealership environment. Motivated to work towards team targets.
19. Personnel with an MOT Licence and experience in hybrid vehicle technology are preferred but not essential.
